Hyatt House Atlanta Cobb Galleria Hotel Smyrna, Smyrna

My stay at this hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. While the rooms were clean and the staff was nice, they were a bit dark and in need of maintenance. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn't work well, making it uncomfortable during the hot weather. The service was generally good, although there were some moments of being overly aggressive and nervous. The location was convenient but somewhat lacking in charm, although it was very safe. The dining experience was enjoyable, and the facilities were satisfactory.

My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The room was beautiful and spacious, allowing us to feel comfortable while having all the amenities we needed. It was impeccably clean, and the presence of a microwave and refrigerator was a great convenience. The service, especially from Alex, was exceptional and personable; they truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The location was perfect for our activities, being close to downtown Atlanta and Sandy Springs, and I particularly enjoyed the quiet surroundings despite being near the city life. The dining experience offered outstanding options, though there were some delays with the bagged breakfast. Overall, a great hotel with fantastic facilities.

The hotel provided a comfortable and clean stay, yet the lack of two TVs in the room made it a bit inconvenient for families. The soundproofing could be improved, but the staff's friendliness and helpfulness made the experience feel like being part of a family.
